Whether you require large volume or small batch quantities, we are able to produce precision, square cut panels in a variety of materials. Our CNC Beam Saw is able to cut extremely accurate panels up to 80mm thick to tolerances up to +/- 0.1mm on cut dimensions.
Although mainly used for medium to large production runs it can accomodate sheets up to 3800mm x 3800mm and has the latest optimisation software for material cost efficiency.
Where a smaller quantity or angles or mitres are required we have a panel saw with a computer controlled fence ensuring a high accuracy cut every time.
